Now I have to make a pair to go with every outfit my son has so when he arrives (eh hem) he will be the coolest kid in the world. Besides whomever dons these sparkly hearty shoes.

Gorgeous! Do they come in adult size! :) Very creative.
I am having a boy (very soon), but I wanted to try it out using some scraps I had. They turned out pink and adorable, so I embellished with those cute little sequin hearts that were floating around in a drawer somewhere in the house.
I initially thought I'd just give them to my daughter to put on her Cabbage Patch Doll, but they might find a home on some actual human toes pretty soon!
They were really easy. Like. A caveman could do it. Or me... :0)

Says 22 on mine. But you're right, sometimes I tend to confuse the number eight with twenty-two.
